Generally I prefer working with people to a machine, but it did the job fairly efficiently and reasonably straightforward/easy to use. Prices seemed a little on the high end considering a human doesn't even have to do anything, but the keys all 3 worked fine when later tested, and it was convenient.

Some of us remember that duplicating a key came with the stress that the duplicate may not work. The key guy would say to go home and "test it." Not with Minute Key. I know for certain that when I create duplicate keys on their super accurate kiosks that I don't have to test them to be sure they work.....they always do! Nice job designing the kiosks Minute Key. As an engineer I respect that attention to detail. They're all over, easy to use and relatively fast. Nice service!

Brian of California Rekey is knowledgeable and professional. I wanted a specific level of security on one of my doors. Brian was able to come up with a special lock that was perfect. He also made 2 keys which are so smooth and easy to use and installed a new dead bolt on one of my doors. All his work is done in a very professional and workmanship manner.
